Assessment Quote Fee Policy and Acknowledgement Form:
The District has instituted a fee for providing assessment balance quotes. Assessment quotes will continue to be provided in unofficial and official form upon request, subject to the fees and guidelines listed in the attached Assessment Quote Fee Acknowledgement Form. A sample Assessment Quote is also included for your reference.
Please note assessment quotes can only be issued to the current property owner or a closing agent (Title Co. or attorney handling sale). All other parties must obtain the information from the property owner.
